Wild Dining – gourmet adventures in the Jämtland wilderness
Wild Dining is run by two experienced chefs with a passion for combining world-class gastronomy with magnificent natural experiences.
The starting point for all Wild Dining adventures is the mountain world around Åre. They take their guests on hikes, cross-country and downhill skiing, canoe trips and fishing adventures – both on sparkling mountain lakes in the summer and on frozen ice during the silence of winter.
What really sets Wild Dining apart is their unique combination of adventure and gastronomy. In the middle of nature, they prepare and serve gourmet food at a level that normally belongs in the country’s restaurants. Here, high-quality ingredients, the tranquility of the wilderness and the artistry of the chefs come together in an experience that guests will remember for a long time.

We have spent around 10 years as chefs inside the kitchen cooking and serving beautiful food! Our hearts have always belonged to the wilderness so we decided to take our skills and the kitchen outside in to the wild.
